Availability and booking

You can check the availability in here and then send me an email to vanoldenb@gmail.com, and I will get back to you with an offer that will be at least 15% cheaper than what you just saw. Different payments methods possible.

Check-in
Baggage drop can at any time, even early in the morning.
Check-in can from 12:00 or at any time if the previous guests have left already (otherwise luggage drop only). But the accommodation can only be accessed once the cleanup is finished, and the time may vary (usually it's between 15:00 and 16:00).

Checkout

Checkout is at 12:00, but if no one's coming on that day or comes pretty late it's possible to arrange a later check-out time, free of charge.
It's still possible to leave the luggage until your desired time.

Smoking

Allowed only on the balcony, taking precautions against the fall of buds and ashes onto my neighbour's backyard. No partying allowed.

Extra people

The accommodation is only equipped to sleep 4 people, plus one baby aged 0-2.
That's the legal maximum, too, and it's a very important requirement by the Council.
Under no circumstance we can allow extra people, at any time during your stay.

Invoice

Being a legal accommodation, I can provide for invoice if needed. Just ask for it when you make the payment or during your stay.

Cancelation

All my fares are non-refundable, but if you need to cancel for whatever reason I can still refund up to 100% if those dates are booked again by another guest. Even if I have to lower the price and/or just a part of those nights get reserved again I’m still giving back all the money made by this new reservation.
It's always advisable, at this day and age, to have your own personal travel insurance though.
